Supervisor, Quality (Yukon, OK, US)
About the role
Supervise Quality throughout Shipping, Receiving, and Repair teams. Develop and implement Quality Control Programs. Directly supervise department staff in the assigned area and control product quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and standards to ensure product engineering specifications and customer requirements are met.
- Manage non-conforming product control systems by coordinating disposition of issues and tracking status.
- Supervise Quality Department Staff for quality inspections and project execution.
- Investigate product non-conformances and take action to resolve and prevent issues.
- Coordinate development of product quality control systems for new or revised products, including interfacing with customers.
- Devise sampling procedures and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Implement and support self-managed teams.
- Guarantee safety of work area and team members by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College Education/Degree in related field preferred.
- 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams with adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Excellent work ethic, dependability, and dedication to team and company.
- Basic and applied knowledge of Lean/5S concepts.
- Understanding basic production work instructions.
- Conflict resolution and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum travel may be required.

Pay & Schedule
- Annual Salary: $80K to $90K.
- Shift: M-F 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally: Stand for long periods of time.
- Frequently: Walk, stand, look up/down, balance, stoop, twist, kneel, and bend.
- Constantly: Grip and manually manipulate items such as hand tools and turbine parts.
- See and hear alarms, timers, and follow verbal instructions.
