About the role
The Quality Disposition Supervisor at Curia is responsible for the disposition of intermediates, API’s, and incoming materials. This role involves leading the team responsible for batch dispositions and conducting site disposition reviews to meet supply commitments. The supervisor acts as a primary gatekeeper for the disposition process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and site procedural requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the point of contact for product disposition
- Reviews disposition packages and makes quality decisions based on data and regulatory requirements
- Ensures batch records are thoroughly reviewed before product disposition within established timelines
- Closes deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and customer complaint investigations related to CURIA-New York client products
- Interfaces with cross-functional departments to resolve batch record review comments in a compliant manner
- Manages product disposition-related questions during customer audits and regulatory inspections
- Functions as a subject matter expert for all quality issues related to batch release
- Develops and implements a quality disposition and batch record reviewer qualification program
- Leads cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in the quality disposition process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of GMP experience in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a Quality disposition reviews in a supervisory role
Qualifications
- Strong technical and scientific knowledge
