Responsibilities
- Evaluating product/service quality through testing and feedback from users
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Mentoring and training team members in quality assurance techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in quality management software and tools
Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 9001 certification processes
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
