Supervisor, Professional Learning Design And Delivery - 250 Day

Key Responsibilities

• Support professional learning initiatives under the director’s guidance
• Show expertise in adult learning, instructional leadership, supervision, communication, and project management
• Participate in special projects as directed by division or executive leadership
• Oversee projects, resource allocation, action plans, and staff to meet short and long-term goals related to professional learning and student learning
• Work with various division departments to design and deliver high-quality professional learning for employees
• Build collaborative relationships with school, division, and external agency personnel

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning, instructional leadership, supervision, communication, and project management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of national standards and educational strategies
