About the role

The Supervisor of HR Systems and Analytics leads the strategic management, integration, and optimization of the Division's human resources systems and operational infrastructure. This role serves as the functional and project management lead for ERP/HRIS implementations and enhancements, oversees HR-related enterprise platforms, develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensures data integrity, system usability, and alignment with HR best practices. The position partners closely with all HR offices and cross-functional stakeholders, to design efficient workflows, improve user experience, and leverage data for decision-making. The incumbent provides direct supervision to assigned staff and ensures HR systems and processes are scalable, compliant, and end-user focused.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the functional and project management lead for ERP/HRIS implementations and enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS, ERP, or similar systems
  • Experience with HR software implementation and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex HR systems and processes
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards
  • Ability to develop and maintain SOPs

Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS and ERP systems
