Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to motivate teams and improve operational performance
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- A positive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance
- Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations
- Monitor key operational metrics and drive measurable results
Requirements
- Must be a US person (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status)
