This role serves as the primary leader of the department and is responsible for managing all PSS operations including ticketing, group sales, and guest services. This role sits on the winter Senior Leadership Team and helps drive overall resort direction & initiatives. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $52,000.00 - $64,064.00 Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Manage daily operations of Product Sales & Services, including collaboration with other departments & providing front line support as necessaryMaintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesMonitor and document teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition, correction action or escalations if necessaryOversee all hiring, development, support, training, and scheduling of PSS team membersReceive and assess guest questions, comments, and complaints while providing timely resolutionsMonitor and maintain PSS facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgetsParticipate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on PSS & overall resort operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunitiesOther duties as assigned Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; college preferred2-4 years of supervisory experience preferredStrong computer skills including Microsoft applications is requiredMust be able to communicate fluently in EnglishAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of time is requiredFlexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements is requiredAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends is required The expected pay range is $52,000.00 - $64,064.00.
