Supervisor, Product Photography (Remote)
About the role
The Supervisor, Product Photography leads a team responsible for ensuring high-quality food photography across ezCater's extensive network of restaurant partners. This role oversees the quality and consistency of images submitted by in-house staff, freelancers, and partners, and works to evolve the processes and tools used to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain photo quality frameworks, style guides, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists
- Oversee a national freelance photographer network
- Evolve how we operate by driving transitions towards automation
- Track and analyze photo coverage metrics
- Diagnose and fix process gaps to ensure quality and efficiency
- Communicate the value of strong photo coverage to partners and stakeholders
- Represent the discipline cross-functionally in product, sales, and partner relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional food or product photography experience
- Experience managing a team and providing direct feedback
- Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in BI tools
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Lightroom, and Photoshop
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Qualifications
- Comfortable with operational change and able to lead through it
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively

Pay
The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $72,000–$93,000 annually.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule, with occasional travel up to 25%.
