Supervisor Plant Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform preventive and reactive maintenance duties for manufacturing operations.
- Manage and execute Preventive Maintenance schedules.
- Repair equipment necessary to maintain maximum production rates.
- Maintain an adequate spare parts inventory.
- Supervise a department including Maintenance Technicians.
- Work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required, and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.
- Report directly to the Production Manager.
Job Skills
- Basic industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ADS manufacturing process including troubleshooting.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Inventory management.
- Self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel.
- Facility organization.
- Basic computer skills.
Qualifications
- High School/Vocational School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience as ADS line operator or similar training and experience.
- Prior maintenance supervision experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in temperature extremes.
