Supervisor Plant Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform preventive and reactive maintenance duties for manufacturing operations.
• Manage and execute Preventive Maintenance schedules.
• Repair equipment necessary to maintain maximum production rates.
• Maintain an adequate spare parts inventory.
• Supervise a department including Maintenance Technicians.
• Work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required, and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.
• Report directly to the Production Manager.

Job Skills

• Basic industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ADS manufacturing process including troubleshooting.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Inventory management.
• Self-motivation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel.
• Facility organization.
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School/Vocational School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience as ADS line operator or similar training and experience.
• Prior maintenance supervision experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in temperature extremes.
