Responsibilities
- Aid in managing shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster good client and customer relations.
- Assist with daily activities at assigned locations.
- Perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Maintain and repair equipment as directed.
- Report accidents, violations, and other issues promptly.
- Participate in general maintenance tasks.
- Substitute for other positions as needed.
- Show thorough knowledge of shuttle operation details.
- Complete other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with minimal related experience or training.
- Prior supervisory experience with DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
- DOT Medical Card required.
- Availability to work special shifts as needed.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to respond to requests for service.
- Adaptability and sound judgment.
- Physical capabilities to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle objects, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
