Supervisor, PDOT Shuttle Operations

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Foster good client and customer relations.
• Assist with daily activities at assigned locations.
• Perform management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Maintain and repair equipment as directed.
• Report accidents, violations, and other issues promptly.
• Participate in general maintenance tasks.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Show thorough knowledge of shuttle operation details.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with minimal related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience with DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work special shifts as needed.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to respond to requests for service.
• Adaptability and sound judgment.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other duties.
