Supervisor - Outpatient Services PT/OT
Description
This position sits at St. Andrew's campus in Boothbay Harbor, ME, and supports the Outpatient Physical/Occupational Therapy Department. The primary duties are a split between clinical and administrative. The ideal candidate is licensed as a Physical Therapist with 5 years of clinical experience. Summary
The position consists of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Primary work location will be in Boothbay Harbor; however, some work requirements will be on the Lincoln Hospital campus. Participation in weekend rotation for inpatient services on Lincoln campus is required.
Supervisor - Wellness Role
- Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Physical Therapy team and serves as the front-line leader (80% Patient Care and 20% Supervisory tasks)
- Demonstrates the ability to instruct and delegate to the team when appropriate
- Maintains the skills and training to provide patient care in area of expertise as needed
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree with five years of clinical experience or Associate’s Degree with 10 years of clinical experience required. Master’s Degree with five years of clinical experience preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current State License/Certification based on clinical experience required.
