Supervisor - Outpatient Services PT/OT

About the role

This position sits at St. Andrew's campus in Boothbay Harbor, ME, and supports the Outpatient Physical/Occupational Therapy Department. The primary duties are a split between clinical and administrative.

Responsibilities

• Split between clinical and administrative duties
• Supports the Outpatient Physical/Occupational Therapy Department
• Coordinates day-to-day operations of the Wellness/Rehab team
• Serves as the front-line leader, performing all tasks/functions related to administrative responsibilities
• Demonstrates the ability to instruct and delegate to the team when appropriate
• Maintains skills and training to provide patient care in area of expertise as needed

Requirements

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with five years of clinical experience or Associate’s Degree with 10 years of clinical experience required. Master’s Degree with five years of clinical experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current State License/Certification based on clinical experience required.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Primary work location will be in Boothbay Harbor; however, some work requirements will be on the Lincoln Hospital campus. Participation in weekend rotation for inpatient services on Lincoln campus is required.
