Supervisor, Order Fulfillment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Operations: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle (picking, packing, and shipping)
• Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and evaluate fulfillment staff. Monitor team productivity and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Quality Control (QC): Perform spot checks and routine audits to ensure orders are packaged correctly and free of defects

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Typically 1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, shipping or supply chain, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts within a diverse team
• Technical Proficiency: experience with DG shipping & CTPAT preferred
