Supervisor on Duty Needed!!

Description

Supervise and coordinate all third-shift cargo handling and warehouse operations.

Lead, coach, and support operational staff to ensure productivity, safety, and service excellence.

Maintain accurate cargo documentation and operational records.

Cook up and break down cargo activities while ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.

Oversee aircraft load planning activities and ensure compliance with weight and balance requirements.

Ensure adherence to all applicable security, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Respond effectively to operational challenges and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain strong communication with internal teams, airline partners, regulatory agencies, and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Open availability and willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), holidays, and scheduled days off as operational needs require.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Aircraft weight and balance principles and load planning procedures.
• Strong understanding of International cargo handling operations, including cargo build-up and breakdown.
• Strong understanding of Customs documentation and international shipping requirements.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory and security mandates issued by: Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Local Airport Authorities, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
