Supervisor of Vocational Services
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit EEO etc. There's a Reasonable Accommodations Statement which is likely legal but it's part of the job description; we should keep? It's substantive? It's about accommodations; might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the job. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Reasonable Accommodations Statement is similar to EEO but it's about accommodations for disabled; might be considered legal boilerplate. However it's also part of the job description; but we might keep it as it's relevant to requirements? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Reasonable Accommodations Statement is akin to EEO; I'd remove it to be safe. However we need to preserve all substantive information; removing it might be okay if it's considered boilerplate. We'll remove the Reasonable Accommodations Statement paragraph. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "Flexible work schedule for exceptional work/life balance" appears in both full-time and part-time benefits; we should keep only once? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. First, description paragraph: "Description At employU, our culture is EPIC.It’s not just a buzzword; it’s how we show up every day for our team and the community we serve. employU Values Statement — EPIC Empowerment – We give every person the tools, support, and confidence to chart their own career path. Watch this video: https://youtu.be/K6Hf9jusJlA" We need to remove video link? It's not boilerplate but maybe considered external link; but it's substantive? It's a link to video; maybe keep? The instruction didn't say to remove links. We'll keep as prose. Now Benefits: Full-time employees are offered: list. Part-time employees may be offered: list. We need to combine and deduplicate. Full-time list: - Health Insurance - Health Savings Account - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Pet Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 401(k) Plan - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Bonus Potential (eligible positions) - Flexible work schedule for exceptional work/life balance Part-time list: - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Pet Insurance - 401(k) Plan - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Basic Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Flexible work schedule for exceptional work/life balance Combine unique items: - Health Insurance - Health Savings Account - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance (full-time) and Basic Life Insurance (part-time) - we could keep both as separate? Might be duplicate but different. We'll keep both: Life Insurance (full-time) and Basic Life Insurance (part-time). But to avoid duplication, we could note both. We'll keep both as separate items. - Pet Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 401(k) Plan - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Bonus Potential (eligible positions) - Flexible work schedule for exceptional work/life balance Also note that full-time includes Health Insurance, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance; part-time includes Basic Life Insurance.
