Supervisor of Behavioral Health, Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Behavioral Health
Responsibilities
- Triage of sensitive client issues
- Supporting the day-to-day needs of the clinic staff and patients
- Cordination among multiple service lines and organizations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work
- NYS LCSW licensure
- 5 years of full-time experience in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work is required.
NYS LCSW licensure is required.
5 years of full-time experience in which clinical competence and administrative management skills have been demonstrated in a leadership role is preferred.
Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, coaching, teaching and counseling; ability to inspire and build confidence in others and to forge alliances and garner support.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to resolve complex administrative, technical or human situations, to anticipate and resolve a broad range of issues on multiple, sometimes unrelated, topics, to determine the need for process development and revision, to independently evaluate situations and articulate ramifications of multiple solutions, and to recommend goals.
Pay
Pay Range: $33.10 - $47.53
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
