Supervisor -OC Scheduling Center

Supervisor of OC Call center oversees the day-to-day operations of a centralized scheduling team, ensuring exceptional patient experience, efficient call handling, and accurate appointment scheduling across multiple clinics and service lines. This role provides leadership, coaching, workflow oversight, and operational support to maintain high-quality service standards and meet department performance goals.

Pay

$70,637.00 - $113,027.00

Schedule

Full-time / 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare scheduling.
• At least one year supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience.

Skills

• Knowledge of and experience with Epic is required.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines related to referrals and scheduling.
• Ability to solve problems and perform service recovery with patients, physician offices, and hospital departments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to conduct several projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel preferred.
