Supervisor - Nike Paramus

Location: Nike Factory Store Paramus, Paramus, NJ

Starting pay rate: $20.50 – $26.65 per hour (varies by location, qualifications, skills, and experience)

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers every day
• Lead by example, delivering service aligned with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life
• Make customers feel welcome, understood, and exceed their expectations at every step
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving, stock products, and build visual displays (with or without accommodations)
• Support teammates by attending store events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to authentically engage with customers to ensure they feel seen and understood
• Willingness to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements: ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations)
