Supervisor - Nike Reno

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor (referred to internally as a Specialist), you are the face of NIKE. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, using your diverse experience and perspective to help guide customers in making the best decisions for them. You will work with your team to focus on customer service and achieve goals together. You impact customers' experiences daily, from getting product from door to floor to helping customers find their perfect pair.

• Bringing a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers every day
• Leading by example and delivering service in line with Nike's Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life
• Making customers feel welcome, caring about their wants and needs, and exceeding their expectations at every step of their journey
• Playing by the rules and being professional, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness
• Operating a cash register, performing shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning, and building visual displays (with or without accommodations)
• Showing up for teammates by attending store events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay Rate: $19.00/hour. Hours: Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
