Supervisor - Nike Commerce

About the Role

As a Nike Retail Supervisor (Specialist), you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers to make the best decisions for their needs. Your role focuses on customer service, teamwork, and creating iconic moments for customers—from helping them find their dream pair to ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll collaborate with your team to achieve goals, support bold ideas, and make a daily impact on customers' experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to your teammates and customers every day.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome, care about their wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays (with or without accommodations).
• Show up for your teammates by attending store events.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness while adhering to store policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.), 16 (U.K.), or 17 (Germany/Europe).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodations).

Schedule

Full Time – 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
