Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to enhance the consumer journey.
• Make customers feel welcome, understand their fitness needs, and exceed their expectations.
• Operate a cash register, handle shipping and receiving, stock products, and build visual displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily.
• Play by the rules, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements: bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.

Schedule
