Responsibilities
- Cook up Operations activities between hangars.
- Cook up Operations activities between shifts.
- Perform hangar audits.
- Provide technical support as required.
- Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Travel may be required.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications
- Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- This position requires being a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
- A high school diploma or general education degree GED required.
- A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required.
- A current and active FAA A&P License.
- Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing).
