Supervisor, Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, knowledge, and skill sets for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Coordinate the timely completion of routine and non-routine maintenance tasks across departments.
• Oversee the work of maintenance mechanics and train new and existing mechanics.
• Audit equipment for issues, identify root causes, and make necessary repairs while completing associated documentation.
• Establish and maintain necessary procedures for routine preventive maintenance (PM).
• Identify critical spare parts and maintain inventories to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure all activities comply with company cGMP and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and subordinates regarding performance and safety.
• Conduct employee reviews and ensure safety equipment is functional and safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in other projects as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cGMP and safety policies and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Skills

• Proficient in using maintenance software and tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary Range: $73,614 - $103,528
