Essential Functions

  • SUPERVISES all activities involved with mail processing.
  • DETERMINES the quantity and priority of work assignments.
  • ASSIGNS work accordingly.
  • TRAINs and/or COORDINATES the training of Mailroom Staff.
  • PROVIDES coaching and training to improve associate performance.
  • INVESTIGATES, RESOLVES and/or IMPLEMENTS solutions to solve workflow problems.
  • RECOMMENDS changes in procedures as needed.

Qualifications

  • MUST be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking.
  • MUST be able to speak in a professional manner by telephone.
  • MUST be able to resolve complex business problems and handle complicated customer issues.
  • MUST be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.
  • MUST be able to multi-task.
  • MUST be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
  • MUST be able to lift 50 pounds and push a cart weighing 1,500 pounds.
  • MUST be willing to work overnight.

Location and Schedule

Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am EST
