Member of the Management Team responsible for supervision of daily operations and technical quality of assigned laboratory sections, aligned with organizational values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned laboratory sections.
- Ensure technical quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent in one of the following:
- Biology
- Biochemistry or Chemistry
- Medical Laboratory Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science
- Microbiology
- 5 years of clinical laboratory experience (preferred).
- CLS Clinical Lab Scientist (MTA) certification from the California Department of Public Health – Laboratory Field Service (required).
Pay
$74.31 – $111.47 hourly. Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Schedule
- Variable PM/NT shifts (exempt position).
- Scheduled weekly hours: 40 (Monday–Friday).
