About the role

Seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a high-complexity clinical lab. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of laboratory practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate laboratory personnel to ensure quality testing and timely results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide training.
• Collaborate with other departments to support patient care and lab services.
• Analyze data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in CLIA high-complexity testing.
• On-site, full-time presence within commuting distance.

Skills

• Preferred: supervision experience, staff management, compliance monitoring, molecular testing proficiency, equipment maintenance, and quality improvement skills.

Pay

$75,000 - $100,000 annually
