Clinical Laboratory Supervisor - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-complexity clinical laboratory on a full-time, on-site basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating laboratory personnel to ensure high-quality testing and timely results.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining laboratory policies and procedures.
• Managing laboratory inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing staff training.
• Collaborating with other departments to support patient care and laboratory services.
• Analyzing data to improve laboratory efficiency and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLIA high-complexity laboratory testing.
• Proficiency in molecular testing, quality control, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in supervision, staff management, and compliance.
