About the role

Responsible for planning and organizing the operational aspects of a specified section of the laboratory. Responsible for selecting, hiring, training, and counseling personnel in that section of the laboratory. Responsible for recommending capital equipment and policies for respective areas, and adherence to policies and procedures for the laboratory. Responsible for employees in respective section, and for overseeing the flow of processes specific to your section.

Requirements

• Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications: Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist or Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist - AMT
• Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Bachelors of Science or Arts in Biological Sciences
• Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 4 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Laboratory Services

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Biological Sciences (Nonessential)
• 1 Year job experience as Supervisor Level with specialization in the field of Laboratory Services (Nonessential)
