What Will You Be Doing?
- Align your team with the department, functional, and company goals and guiding principles.
- Supervise a team that performs closely related tasks while also performing individual tasks alongside the team.
- Resolve complex issues creatively and effectively using seasoned professional concepts and company objectives.
- Meet goals and objectives as assigned.
- Delegate work to your team according to established procedures.
- Tailor coaching styles to individual team members using different methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain oversight of daily operations including productivity, accuracy, service levels, attendance, and call monitoring.
- Inform team members about new product, procedure, customer, and company-related information.
- Prepare performance evaluations and meet with team members by scheduled deadlines.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers to make decisions that guide the department's direction.
- Monitor and evaluate Inside Sales policies, procedures, and systems to drive improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- 4-6 years as an account manager, leading or supervising sales teams, or related experience
- Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures for your team
- Ability to manage people and resources through others
- Business acumen and ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude towards the Company, job, customers, and co-workers
- Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence
What's Our Offer?
- Salary Range: Between $32.56 - $43.27 (WA, NJ); $29.79 - $39.59 (MN, NV, TX, VA); $28.65 - $38.08 (AZ, ID, FL MT, OH) on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
- Annual Discretionary Bonus up to 10% of base salary.
- Paid Time Off: Accrued weekly based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Includes 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
