Supervisor Ground Ambulance
Job Summary
You will assist management in overseeing department operations, ensuring optimal staffing, financial compliance, and high-quality patient care. Every day you will coordinate operations, including schedules, staffing, payroll, and financial oversight. You will supervise daily department activities, including policy enforcement, delegation of tasks, and workflow management. The supervisor will also manage supply and medication inventories and facilitate training, mentorship, and shift reports for staff. To be successful in this role, you will advocate for patient rights and resolve departmental conflicts. Actively enhance professional growth through education and current literature. Communicate effectively and work cooperatively across clinical disciplines. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing immediate feedback on clinical and behavioral areas. Uphold hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Required: California Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic, Basic Life Support - CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, California Certified Ambulance Driver CDMC, Local Paramedic Accrediated, Associates Other or 3 years experience with active full time EMS provider, Bachelors Other or Leadership experience
- PREFERRED: Associates Other or Leadership experience

Pay Range
$39.18 - $58.28 /hour
