About the role

Responsible for the day to day activities of the Front Services area of the Hotel for Harrah’s Atlantic City.

Responsibilities

  • Affords proper staffing levels to ensure a cost efficient, productive environment
  • Handles customer problems/complaints in an effective, courteous manner
  • Motivates, trains, and empowers employees
  • Ensures staff behavior and appearance comply with policy
  • Coordinates recovery efforts with Security and Risk Management
  • Handles vehicle problems/complaint reports according to procedure
  • Maintains cleanliness, organization, and safe condition of hotel entrance, valet, and storage areas
  • Maintains accurate employee records and files

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
  • Two years front services experience required
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license required
  • NJ CER License required
