Supervisor for Graduate & MSW Licensure Interns

About the role
This role will supervise a cohort of 8-10 graduate students from the Masters of Social Work (MSW) licensure program. The supervisor will work collaboratively with secondary supervisors in each intern placement, including Undergraduate Advising, Athletics, REEF Center, and Multicultural Center, and report directly to the Assistant Dean of Academic Advising & Career Development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise approximately 8-10 graduate student interns through weekly individual supervision sessions
- Review process recordings and conduct evaluations of interns
- Approve intern hours
- Attend meetings with secondary supervisors from offices where interns are placed (Undergraduate Advising, REEF Center, Multicultural Center, Athletics, Center for Leadership & Engagement, etc.)
- Attend required trainings for intern supervisors or University employees
- Use technology tools such as Starfish, Tevera, Google Suite, and Zoom
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean
Requirements
- MSW licensure degree
- Experience supervising
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of FERPA

Schedule
- 10 months (fall and spring semesters only, with occasional summer training as needed)
- 8-13 hours per week
- Eligible for full remote or hybrid work
Pay
Hourly salary range: $24.90 - $39.76 (non-benefits eligible position). Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, education, skills, equity, and external market benchmarks.
