Supervisor - Facilities Management

About the role

The Facilities Management department at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and employees. This includes regular maintenance of physical buildings, routine safety inspections, and minor repairs to ensure the infrastructure operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision of a variety of maintenance, repair, installation, fabrication, and construction duties.
• Aid the manager and director in preparing work schedules for assigned maintenance personnel.
• Train subordinates on maintenance tasks and procedures.
• Prioritize and assign work orders based on urgency and importance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Four (4) years of experience in various maintenance-related disciplines, with experience in physical plant operations.

$75,192 - $93,995 USD per year
