Supervisor Echocardiography

About the role

Supervise the echocardiography service across multiple campuses (HVB, HVS, and HVK), ensuring technical, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for optimal operation.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8-hour days with occasional Sunday coverage as needed. Must be flexible to accommodate department needs, schedule changes, and patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective daily operation of the echocardiography service.
• Ensure compliance with all technical, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other departments.

Requirements

• Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with digital echocardiography and PACS.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances (HR-106) within 90 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with computer applications.
