Supervisor - Driving

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing parking operations at a location according to contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Enhance client and customer satisfaction through participation in improvement programs.
• Assist with daily activities and management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers and assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment.
• Report any accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Participate in cleanup efforts for debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Show thorough knowledge of the garage layout, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent, with minimal related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Speaks clearly and listens effectively; writes clearly and informatively.
• Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment and exhibits sound judgment.
• Holds a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands

• Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk.
• Frequently stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Use close vision, peripheral vision, and adjust focus.
