Supervisor - Driving
Responsibilities
- Aid in managing parking operations within contractual guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Participate in programs to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing daily activities of assigned locations.
- Perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
- Report any accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents.
- Substitute for other positions as needed.
- Show thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience or training.
- Oral communication skills: speaks clearly, listens, and gets clarification.
- Written communication skills: writes clearly and informatively.
- Customer service: maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance.
- Adaptability: adapts to changes in the work environment.
- Judgment: exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
- License requirement: valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Physical Demands
- Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus required.
