Supervisor - Driving

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing parking operations at a location to comply with contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with daily activities and management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers and assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment.
• Report any accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as directed and assist with cleanup duties.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Show thorough knowledge of the garage layout, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and related experience or training.
• Speaks clearly and listens effectively; writes clearly and informatively.
• Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment and exhibits sound judgment.
• Holds a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

$23.50 - $24.00 per hour
