Supervisor Driving

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing parking operations within contractual guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing daily activities of the assigned locations.
• Perform management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Report any accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Show thorough knowledge of the garage layout, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.

  Qualifications

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
  • Speaks clearly; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
  • Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
  • Maintains a positive attitude; responds to requests for service and assistance.
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment; exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
  • Holds a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

  Physical Demands

  • Sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and talk.
  • Frequently stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

  Salary Range

  $18.50 to $19.00/hr (+ tips)
