Supervisor - Driving
Responsibilities
- Aid in managing parking operations at assigned locations.
- Ensure adherence to contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
- Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
- Participate in programs to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the management of daily activities.
- Perform management duties as assigned.
- Courteously assist customers.
- Maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
- Report any accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents.
- Substitute for other positions as needed.
- Show thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
- Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and related experience or training.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Ability to write clearly and provide informative responses.
- Positive attitude towards customer service.
- Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
- Sound judgment in handling situations.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
