Supervisor - Driving

Responsibilities

Aid in managing parking operations at the assigned locations, adhering to contractual guidelines and company policies.

Engage in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.

Assist with daily activities and management duties as assigned.

Provide courteous customer assistance, maintain equipment, and perform general maintenance tasks.

Report incidents, violations, and unusual occurrences promptly.

Participate in cleanup efforts and provide substitute coverage as needed.

Be knowledgeable about the facility layout, local streets, and transportation routes.

Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications

Minimal high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Communicate effectively through speaking and writing.

Adapt to changes in the workplace and demonstrate sound judgment.

Drive a vehicle with a valid state-issued license and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands

Regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and communicate verbally.

Frequently stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Must have close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
