About the Role

Oversee the daily operations of the imaging department, ensuring clinical and technical excellence across all modalities for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and collaborate with medical leadership
• Maintain department standards and serve as a resource for clinical and administrative tasks
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Promote patient and staff satisfaction
• Manage department operations and support staff development
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Serve as a clinical resource to maintain high-quality imaging services

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved imaging program
• Current California radiologic licenses/certifications
• BLS certification
• At least 3 years of imaging experience in a hospital setting

• Advanced specialty imaging skills
• Supervisory experience
