About the role
We are seeking a Supervisor of Diagnostic Imaging to oversee department personnel and coordinate workflow during day shifts, ensuring efficient radiology services and high-quality patient care across all age groups.
Responsibilities
- Supervising staff technologists and managing daily operations
- Performing a variety of radiologic procedures and assessments
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Maintaining accurate documentation and workflow management
Qualifications and Skills
- California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification or equivalent
- National certifications such as ARRT or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a staff technologist
- Supervisory experience and healthcare management background preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
