About the role
The Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging oversees daily operations within the Imaging Department, providing clinical and administrative supervision under the guidance of the Imaging Manager and collaborating with medical staff. This full-time role involves ensuring department standards, serving as a resource for staff, and representing patient and caregiver needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily department operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
- Serve as a clinical resource and customer service representative
- Participate in quality assurance and organizational improvement activities
- Supervise radiologic technology across all age groups
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- California Radiologic Technologist, Limited Permit X-Ray Technician, or National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification upon hire
- National Certification from relevant professional boards and BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an acute care/hospital radiology department
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced specialty imaging certifications
- Supervisory experience
Pay
Base pay range of $67.14 – $105.98 per hour, with potential additional incentives.
