Supervisor - Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

The Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging leads the daily operations of the imaging department, supporting clinical and administrative functions under the guidance of the Imaging Manager and collaborating with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise imaging staff
• Ensure adherence to department standards
• Serve as a clinical resource across all age groups
• Participate in quality assurance activities
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• The position involves clinical, technical, and leadership responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality imaging services in a hospital environment

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Hold valid California Radiologic Technologist, Limited Permit X-Ray Technician, or national certification such as ARRT or ARDMS
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in an acute care/hospital radiology setting

Skills

• Patient-focused approach

• Advanced specialty imaging skills (preferred)
• Supervisory experience (preferred)

Pay

$67.14 to $105.98 per hour
