Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging

Job Summary

Supervises staff in all duties of a radiology procedure on a direct or indirect basis. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements through the State of Florida Office of Radiation Control and maintains all appropriate quality control as defined by above agencies. Ensures completion of all required work at the end of tour. Metts staffing requirements for departments. Provides all necessary PI data as required on the departmental PI plan.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R)
• 3 years minimum years of experience as a Radiology Diagnostic Technologist
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Prior supervisory experience desired
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
