About the role
We are seeking a skilled leader to join our dynamic team at Drive Medical. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for the production and distribution of essential medical products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and experience managing teams.
Responsibilities
- Establishing a culture of continuous improvement
- Managing workload for non-exempt employees
- Developing and supporting warehouse best practices
- Ensuring correct shipment of all customer orders
- Training and developing team members
- Maintaining communication and harmony among team members
- Maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Partnering with safety to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Serving as a point of contact for customers
- Maintaining compliance with legal documentation and completing necessary paperwork
- Coaching, guiding, and developing associates
- Engaging and driving accountability to direct reporting staff
- Developing people through appropriate training, performance reviews, and succession plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in warehouse management
- 2 years of experience in a position with occasional customer contact
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred certification in Lean/Six Sigma

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with various internal and external customers/vendors
- Ability to multi-task and organize efficiently
- Logical and sound judgment
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies
- Proficient in math and inventory control practices

Pay
The salary range for this role is from $65,360 to $81,700 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialization, education, and company requirements.
