Supervisor (DCs)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our dynamic team at Drive Medical. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for the production and distribution of essential medical products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a culture of continuous improvement
• Managing workload for non-exempt employees
• Developing and supporting warehouse best practices
• Ensuring correct shipment of all customer orders
• Training and developing team members
• Maintaining communication and harmony among team members
• Maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Partnering with safety to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Serving as a point of contact for customers
• Maintaining compliance with legal documentation and completing necessary paperwork
• Coaching, guiding, and developing associates
• Engaging and driving accountability to direct reporting staff
• Developing people through appropriate training, performance reviews, and succession plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in warehouse management
• 2 years of experience in a position with occasional customer contact
• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferred certification in Lean/Six Sigma

• Ability to effectively interact with various internal and external customers/vendors
• Ability to multi-task and organize efficiently
• Logical and sound judgment
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies
• Proficient in math and inventory control practices

Pay

The salary range for this role is from $65,360 to $81,700 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialization, education, and company requirements.
