Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, guidance, and support to assigned employees.
- Oversees daily operations and ensures work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Sets tasks, monitors workflow, and ensures department objectives are met.
- Trains, coaches, and develops employees to support performance and growth.
- Clocks employee schedules, attendance, and time-off requests to maintain operational coverage.
- Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback.
- Promotes a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Ensures employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily department operations.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Identify operational issues and assist with problem resolution.
- Communicate expectations and provide direction to team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Assist management with process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Support training and onboarding of new employees.
