About the role
Dash In, a Wills Group company, is seeking a Supervisor to lead and develop a cross-functional team at a smaller-volume location. The role combines front-of-house and back-of-house leadership to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a cross-functional team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and high-quality foodservice.
- Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, food production, and store standards.
- Train and coach team members across all areas, reinforcing expectations around service, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Maintain Dash In brand standards, including cleanliness, food quality, safety, and guest engagement.
- Proactively engage with guests, resolve concerns, and ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient experience.
- Monitor store activity and customer flow, adjusting staffing and priorities to maintain service standards and minimize wait times.
- Support inventory, ordering, and stock levels across both retail and foodservice areas.
- Ensure kitchen and store environments are clean, organized, and operating safely, with properly maintained equipment.
- Communicate effectively with store leadership regarding operational needs, staffing, and performance opportunities.
- Execute daily tasks and priorities as directed by store leadership while stepping in to lead shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be eligible for work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or a related environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong guest focus with excellent communication and people skills.
- Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems.
- Ideal candidates will also have:
- Experience working in both food service and retail environments.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Active ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule, Training, & Travel
- This role is full-time, with team members typically working 32–40 hours per week.
- Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work is performed onsite at the assigned Dash In location.
- Training is conducted in-store and includes cross-training across both guest experience and food service operations.
- No regular travel required; occasional travel may be requested based on business needs for training, support, or coverage.
