About the role
The Customer Service Supervisor provides timely response to all customers and efficient coordination of deliveries for the Customer Service Technicians to ensure patient satisfaction with the delivery of equipment and supplies. Ensures the correct supplies and products are delivered.

Requirements
- Minimum Required: Associate's Degree or Equivalent with a clean driving record
- Experience with performance criteria and documentation requirements for company records, delivery standards, Department of Transportation (DOT) Safety and Hazardous Materials Regulations, as well as those from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and HIPAA privacy policies and procedures

$25.74 - $38.61 per hour, depending on experience
